Library Sign
The
Bartlesville Public Library's sign on Adams Blvd. is
receiving a state-of-the-art digital update thanks to financial
support of the Bartlesville Rotary Club, the Lyon Foundation, PSO
and the City of Bartlesville. Bruce
Peabody and Thad Satterfield, representing Rotary, presented the
club's $9,500 contribution to Joan Singleton, Library Director, in
front of the current sign, which has not functioned since 1997.
Also present were Bartlesville
City Manager Ed Gordon, far left, and Charlotte Stukey of PSO, far
right. The new sign is expected to be operating in January 2009
